Credit Card Surcharge begins January 2027
A 3% surcharge will be applied to transactions paid by credit card. These are not fees charged by our salon. They are the processing fees charged directly by the credit card companies and payment processors. Cash payments will not be subject to processing fees.

Grooming Price Updates
Beginning March 1, 2027 our grooming prices are subject to increase. Please contact us before your appointment to ask about your pet's updated price. We have done our best to keep price increases to a minimum.

Waivers and Agreements
Beginning in January 2027, we will introduce salon agreements and waivers for clients to review and sign digitally. If you’re unable to sign digitally, we’ll provide a paper copy at the salon.
Rabies Vaccination
We require a current rabies vaccination. Please provide your pet’s vaccination record before or at their first appointment.

Book Ahead and Secure Your Preferred Times
We are happy to book your appointments through the remainder of the year. Booking ahead gives you more choice of dates and times, especially for Saturdays and appointments with your preferred groomer.
